Chemtech Services, Inc., provides process development services associated with organic chemical synthesis and processing, related to the design and construction of chemical pilot plants and commercial processing facilities. Chemtech engineers have designed and managed chemical plant construction projects globally, including projects in North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. Our Engineering Team will take responsibility for general system engineering, detailed construction drawings, project management, equipment procurement and construction subcontracting.

We are also able to provide assistance in refining process chemistry which may be instrumental to the final success of the project, and the optimization of the process yield and return-on-investment. We can also assist customers in defining return-on-investment economics when comparing new or developmental processes to existing operations.

Chemtech will design laboratory-scale micro reactors to produce just enough product for GC analysis or small commercial plant that produces tons per day, we have the design and manufacturing expertise to provide the equipment you need. Plant design and construction capabilities include modular chemical facilities with capacity dictated by your application. Laboratory-scale plants are ideal for process development, while larger skid-mounted units can produce enough product for bulk property measurements, and are better suited for commercial scale process development work.

Demonstration-scale units are capable of manufacturing sufficient product to supply sample quantities to potential customers, as well as to providing valuable production data for commercial scale units. Modular commercial plants are capable of manufacturing up to 1,000 kg of product per hour.

Chemtech has available, and operates in house, laboratory and pilot plant facilities which allow us to emulate many chemical process to confirm design characteristics prior to scaling to commercial operations.
