The described system is a comprehensive and advanced distillation setup designed for high-efficiency processing in various industrial applications. It features an impressive support frame system made from 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and stability, with dimensions of 496 inches in length, 54 inches in width, and 135 inches in height. The feed system includes a 600-liter hot oil heated feed tank accompanied by a gear pump feed metering system and hot oil traced lines for both feed and transfer, optimizing the consistency and reliability of material flow.


At the heart of the system, the evaporator is constructed from 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a 0.75 square meter surface area for effective distillation, with an estimated process rate of 50 liters per hour. The system’s efficiency is further enhanced by various circulators, including a 24kW feed circulator and three 48kW evaporator circulators, all capable of operating between 25-250°C, alongside a residue circulator, two condenser circulators, and a cold trap circulator, covering a wide range of temperature control needs.
