Shortpath Distillation Units & Systems (KD Series)
Short path distillation gets its name from the distance in which the vapor stream is condensed. In this Short Path Distillation gets its name from the short distance in which the vapor stream is condensed. This allows for very high vacuum and reduced evaporator temperatures. Short path distillation in a plant setting is a continuous process and Chemtech Services uses a roller design within the short path evaporator to create the rolled or wiped thin film.

Decarboxylation Systems (DC Series)
Chemtech Services Decarboxylation systems feature a two vessel design. It is engineered to decarb in one vessel while the other vessel is used to feed material. To aid the decarboxylation process, the distillation units utilize one agitator in each vessel, hot oil heating, and moderate vacuum. The vacuum system is protected by a cold trap with a circulator.

Rolled Film Distillation Systems (RF Series)
Rolled Film Distillation Systems are a type of wiped film evaporation system (WFE). Opposed to the short path evaporators they have an external condenser that offers a greater condensing area.
